Meghan Puhr is an accomplished creative director, brand strategist and writer currently consulting for startup and growth-stage beauty and lifestyle brands.
Meghan most recently served as the VP, Creative Director at Beautycounter and Creative Director at Thrive Causemetics where she oversaw all things brand creative—campaigns, content and partnerships, collaborations, advertising, product packaging, merchandising, identity, and verbal/visual architecture. She marries deep analytical thinking with artistic vision to develop cogent and connective work. Her artistic lexicon and personal style draw references from effortless minimalism and modern classicism with rich textures, eclectic touches, and ease.
Prior to her roles in beauty, Meghan was an agency-side creative for 10 years, generating brand foundations, content and editorial, and advertising for renowned global agencies and iconic brands such as Chevrolet, Audi, Mastercard, Nike, Starbucks, TikTok, Disney, and more. As a multidisciplinary creative, her ability to approach creative problems holistically has landed her coveted awards from The Art Director’s Club, Design and Art Direction (D&AD), and the American Advertising Federation (AAF).
Meghan currently lives in Los Angeles with her partner and French Bulldog. When not working, she can be found doing ballet and contemporary dance, writing music, making conceptual photography, and pretending she’s a contestant on Top Chef.
